Work-mode directory

Browse Jobs by Work Mode

Choose the work arrangement first, then narrow by profession or geography. Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite are treated as distinct search intents instead of being mixed into one vague job feed.

How this directory works

Work mode is one dimension. Location is another.

The work-mode directory reflects the remote_onsite field in the Hidden Jobs data. Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite each receive a permanent page because they answer different candidate questions and carry different location expectations.

From a work-mode page you can move into focused role combinations such as Remote Engineering or Hybrid Marketing. Remote regional searches continue to use the existing location architecture so the site does not publish duplicate URLs for the same intent.

FAQ

Browse Jobs by Work Mode

Answers specific to this permanent directory layer and how it uses the Hidden Jobs dataset.

What work modes can I browse on Hidden Jobs?

Hidden Jobs has permanent directories for Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite roles based on the work-mode value stored with each job record.

Is work mode the same as location?

No. Work mode describes whether a role is Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite. Region and location describe where the employer expects or permits the work to happen.

Why does Remote have separate regional directories?

Remote jobs can still be geographically restricted. Hidden Jobs therefore keeps regional remote pages such as Europe, North America, and Worldwide instead of treating every remote role as borderless.

Can I browse a work mode by profession?

Yes. Work-mode pages connect to focused role pages such as Remote Engineering, Hybrid Sales, and Onsite Operations.

Why are there fewer Onsite pages than Remote pages?

Hidden Jobs began as a remote-focused discovery system, so the current data contains far more Remote records. Onsite combinations are expanded cautiously to avoid publishing thin search pages with little useful inventory.

Where do applications from work-mode pages go?

Every job card opens the original source URL stored in the Hidden Jobs database so the source posting remains the authority for the role.
